mark lewis & the PBS sleep diversion

several weeks ago i got stuck, completely. curious to see how Team USA trained for the 31st HairWorld Championships (nurturing several renditions of protein orchids), i moved right into the gelatinous and glitzed world of synchronized swimming.
it was 1:30A on a school night by the time i finally got to bed.

lucky for me, tonight's Lords of the Gourd: The Pursuit of Excellence premiered during the seven o'clock hour. a solid hour of calcium baths, wax massages, and surveillance cameras.

if only they could replay the ferret documentary, i'd be set!

on a side note, PBS followed Lords of the Gourd with Ice Cream Shop, "it's oxymoronic to say "flat bottomed cone" because a cone, by definition, comes to a point."
